I have downloadable versions of all my classes (somatics, self-lymph massage, Happy feet, and others). There are many lengths and styles of each class available. The classes are for permanent download, for your personal use only. You can watch them every day if you want!

You can be on the email list for schedule updates and still pay by credit card on the drop-in tab above if you'd like.
