In Happy Feet 2, we expanded on Happy Feet one, while repeating some foundational grounding and biomechanics and eduction.
The class is just over 1 hour and 18 minutes long.
You will be taught biomechanics of the feet and lower extremities, hips, and back in order to help you be comfortable in your whole body.
Its a great way to support your body for general health and wellness, but has also been very helpful to address pain and range of motion and functional limitations in the body.
When you learn how to move properly, you can feel safe in your own body, your nervous system responds so well!
