In this class, you will be taken through steps to be more present and grounded in your feet.
You will be taught biomechanics of the feet and lower extremities and hips in order to help you be comfortable in your whole body.
The class is just over an hour long.
Its a great way to support your body for general health and wellness, but has also been very helpful to address pain and range of motion and functional limitations in the body.
When you learn how to move properly, you can feel safe in your own body, your nervous system responds so well!
